1. Eligibility & Risk Acknowledgment
By signing up for a WBB expedition, you confirm that:
- You are medically fit and prepared for an immersive, offbeat journey.
- You understand and accept the physical and logistical challenges involved.
- You voluntarily accept all associated risks inherent to travel in remote and rugged environments.
2. Trip Nature
Our expeditions are not traditional package holidays.
They are:
- Self-drive, guided experiences
- Conducted in remote, off-grid regions
- Designed to challenge, inspire, and foster exploration
- Expect unpredictability and moments of discomfort — that’s where growth happens.
3. Responsibilities
Participants must:
- Follow local laws and environmental guidelines.
- Respect cultural norms and wildlife.
- Comply with instructions from our expedition team.
- Please note:
WBB is not liable for: - Travel delays or missed connections
- Vehicle damage due to terrain or misuse
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
4. Expedition Changes
We may adjust the route, itinerary, or accommodations due to:
- Weather
- Safety concerns
- Logistical constraints
We commit to:
- Informing you promptly
- Providing equivalent or better alternatives wherever possible
5. Vehicle Use
Vehicles may be a mix of rentals and WBB-owned.
Participants are responsible for:
- Any damage due to negligence or reckless driving
- Adhering to off-road and park regulations
6. Photography & Documentation
Unless otherwise requested in writing before your trip:
- WBB may use photos or videos taken during the expedition for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.)
- Participants may opt out by sending an email to wanderbeyondboundaries@gmail.com
7. Children Policy
- 👶 Children under 5 years travel free
- 🧒 Ages 5–12 are charged 50% of the adult fee
- 👨👩👧 Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their child’s safety, behavior, and well-being throughout the expedition
