- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: wanderbeyondboundaries@gmail.com
- Cancellation timelines and applicable refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit):

β€ Cancellations by Us (WBB)
While rare, we may cancel or postpone a trip due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations or border closures
- Political unrest
- Events beyond our control (force majeure)
- In such situations, you will have the option to:
- β Receive a 90% refund, OR
- π Transfer your booking to a future trip (valid for up to 12 months) at no additional cost

π‘οΈ We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers:
- Cancellations
- Emergency evacuation
- Medical costs
- Trip delays
- π³ Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of written cancellation confirmation.

- Unused services during the trip
- Early departure from the expedition
- No-shows due to personal issues (e.g., illness, visa/passport delays)
