How your dates are held, and when payment is due.

| 30 days before trip start date | Balance of 75% |
- Dates are held only once the 25% booking advance has been received.
- Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of confirmation.
- If the balance is not received by the due date, the booking may be treated as cancelled and the cancellation terms below will apply.
