Cancellation & refunds
What happens if you or we have to cancel.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are calculated on the total trip value and determined by the date on which written notice is received.

| 44 – 30 days | 75% |
| 29 – 16 days | 50% |
| 15 days or less | No refund |
- No-shows and any unused services once the trip has commenced are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payer within 14 working days of written confirmation. Bank charges and transaction fees are borne by the guest.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, curtailment and medical evacuation.
